APPLICATIONS DEADLINES for SRPMIC HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING are APPROACHING for those enrolling in the FALL semester!

Fall College/University Deadline: June 30
Fall Vocational Deadline: July 31

Students applying for post-secondary funding for the 2017-2018 academic year from the Salt River Higher Education Program will be required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). 

This will take effect for the upcoming application deadlines: June 30th Academic deadline, the July 31st Vocational deadline, and beyond.

A completed 2017-2018 Academic Year Application will consist of the following items: 

  • Higher Education Scholarship Application (complete/signed)
  • Student Aid Report (SAR) document summarizing the information that you provided on your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
  • Copy of applicant’s SRPMIC tribal identification card
  • Copy of applicant’s Social Security card
  • Completed and signed W9 form
  • Itemized tuition invoice from school/college/university applicant will be attending
  • Copy of high school diploma or GED transcript/diploma
  • Official transcript(s) from any school/college/university’s previously attended (official sealed envelope)
  • Academic Plan of Study (i.e. major map, etc.) from the school/college/university applicant will be attending
  • Class schedule from the school/college/university applicant will be attending
  • List of required books and supplies, including prices (due by first week of class)
  • Signed authorization letters: Policy, Per Capita Distribution & Information Release
